Chandan Vishwakarma is the lead collaborating craftsman and founding member at Atelier Aveque, with over a decade of experience in construction and making. Beginning his journey in manufacturing in Delhi and later working across building sites in Bangalore and Mumbai, he developed a grounded understanding of material and technique.

His time at Studio Mumbai Architects shaped his approach to making through iteration and precision. Working across scales from timber structures to finely crafted furniture, he engages materials such as wood, brass, copper, and glass to name a few.

He brings to the practice a deep understanding of detail and construction logic through the perspective of a maker. Pieces he has contributed to have been exhibited in galleries and museums across India and Europe, reflecting a discipline rooted in craft, rigor, and material intelligence.
