Administrative Office
RANCHI
2025
A new administrative block for a school. The project is conceived as a purpose driven environment shaped by clarity, longevity, and a careful response to the users needs.
Occupying the ground floor the building, the layout is finely tuned to support daily workflows, balancing accessibility with privacy through a considered spatial arrangement.

Materially, the building is anchored in a palette of limestone, marble, granite, and teak. Each selected for its ability to age gracefully and endure sustained use. These materials are employed in varied iterations, creating depth and continuity across spaces.

Light is carefully modulated to gently articulate surfaces, allowing walls and textures to register with subtlety throughout the day.
Working within the constraints of an existing design framework, the intervention refines and reinterprets the architecture resulting in a building that is both robust and quietly resolved.
